RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you want to request a refund for any item purchased on this website you must notify Iridescent Illumination by filling out a contact form within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

If an item has arrived damaged, after filling out a contact form you can be fully refunded and have return postage costs payed for.
​
If you no longer want an item for any other reason you can still receive a full refund except the customer must pay the return postage costs and return the item in its original packaging, condition and material.
